Grab the plant with the tweezers well down on the root and pull the plant down into the gravel until it sits exactly where you want it. Gently release the grip and pull up the tweezers. Try it next time you have to plant a new plant. The pincet is also indispensable when you have cut top shoots of stem plants and will replant them next to the old stems.
